Report a broken code

If a published code did not work for you at checkout, send the store name, the code text, and a brief description of the cart contents (item categories, approximate subtotal, and whether any items were on clearance) to codes@dealtrackr.example. We will re-test within twenty-four hours, post a public update with the result, and pull the code from the site if it fails our verification flow. Including the cart context matters because the most common cause of a "broken" code is a category exclusion (clearance, gift cards, or specific brand carve-outs) rather than the code itself being expired.

Suggest a retailer

Have a favorite store we are missing from the retailer index? Email stores@dealtrackr.example with the retailer name, the official site URL, and a short note on the categories they sell in plus why you would like to see them tracked. We add 5-10 new retailers each month based on reader requests and prioritize brands that already participate in at least three of the eight major US cashback portals we track, since the side-by-side comparison tables are most useful when there is real cashback-rate variance to surface.

If you spot a factual error in a published guide, store page, or portal review — an out-of-date payout threshold, a stale sign-up bonus, an incorrect minimum order value for a free-shipping policy — email editors@dealtrackr.example. Corrections are typically posted within one business day, and material corrections to evergreen guides include a dated note at the bottom of the affected article.
