You may not scrape the site at scale, redistribute the content under another brand, or use the content to train commercial machine-learning models without prior written permission.

Accuracy of information

DealTrackr's editors take significant effort to verify that every published promo code works at checkout, but retailers can change pricing, exclusions, and code validity without notice. DealTrackr is not responsible for codes that stop working between our last verification and your attempt to use them, or for the underlying purchase you make at any third-party retailer.

Third-party retailers

All transactions you complete through outbound links are between you and the retailer. DealTrackr is not a party to those transactions and cannot resolve order-fulfillment, shipping, return, or refund issues on the retailer's behalf. Contact the retailer's customer service team directly for any post-purchase concern.

Intellectual property

All content on DealTrackr — including editorial copy, images we generated, page layouts, and the underlying database structure — is owned by DealTrackr or its licensors. Trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealTrackr disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your interactions with the third-party retailers we link to.
